Products
Olivencia offers handcrafted sunglasses made from natural horn. Because natural horn is an organic material, each product may vary slightly in tone, grain, texture, and pattern.
Product images are provided to represent the design, shape, and overall material character. However, natural variations may occur and are not considered defects.
Material & Natural Variation
Each Olivencia frame is handcrafted from natural horn.
Unlike acetate or synthetic materials, natural horn is never perfectly uniform. Its tones, layers, grain, transparency, and markings are formed by nature, which means every pair carries its own individual character.
The pair you receive may show subtle differences from the product images shown on our website. These variations may include:
- Slight changes in tone
- Natural grain differences
- Layering within the horn
- Subtle transparency near the edges
- Unique pattern placement
These details are not defects. They are part of what makes each Olivencia piece unique.
Made-to-Order Policy
Olivencia does not produce large quantities of stock in advance.
Each pair begins its journey once it has been chosen. After your order is placed, your sunglasses are prepared, finished, inspected, and packaged specifically for you.
This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce unnecessary production and preserve the intentional nature of the piece.
Because of this process, delivery is not immediate. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–4 weeks from the date of confirmation.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the made-to-order nature of the product and the estimated preparation and delivery timeline.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, and promotions at any time.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order if fraud, payment issues, stock issues, or incorrect information are detected.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production, courier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
