We want every Olivencia piece to feel considered, personal, and beautifully made.
Because our sunglasses are made to order and prepared specifically after your purchase, returns are reviewed carefully and must meet the conditions below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Free from scratches, marks, damage, or signs of wear

Made-to-Order Items
Olivencia pieces are handcrafted and prepared after purchase. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once a pair has been worn, used, damaged, or altered.
Natural Material Variation
Natural horn is not a synthetic or uniform material. Each frame may present subtle differences in tone, grain, texture, transparency, and pattern. These natural variations are part of the material’s character and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [EMAIL] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, duties, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned outside the return window
