Each Olivencia pair is made with intention.
Because our sunglasses are handcrafted from natural horn and prepared only after an order is placed, we do not follow a mass-stock shipping model. Once your order is confirmed, your pair enters our preparation and finishing process.
Order confirmation & production start
Your order is reviewed and placed into production within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Handcrafting & finishing
Production starts within 1–2 business days once production begins, each pair is shaped, polished, inspected, and prepared by hand. This typically takes 5–10 business days.
Delivery
After dispatch, delivery time depends on your destination and courier.
Your pair is crafted and delivered within 2–3 weeks.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delays
Because each pair is individually prepared and international shipping may be affected by customs, courier delays, or seasonal demand, delivery times may occasionally vary. If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us at care@olivencia.co.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
